公園建設前 Before construction of the park.
やや左寄りに写っている建物は小金公民館です。昭和34年4月から約3カ月強、専修大学松戸高校の（上本郷に校舎が完成するまでの）仮校舎として利用されていたそうです。
The building pictured slightly left to the center is Kogane Community Center. It was used as a temporary school building for Senshu University Matsudo Senior High School (until the school building in Kamihongo was completed) for about three months from April 1959.
右下が公園の北西隅。黄色い線で示しているのはハワイ通りです。 Bottom right is the northwest corner of the park. The yellow line shows the Hawaii-dori street.

ネガケースのメモ書きが正しければ、公園建設中の昭和36年12月31日または昭和37年1月3日に撮影された写真です。
公園が完成したのは昭和37年10月1日でした。
If Hiroshi’s note on the negative film case was correct, the photos were taken on December 31, 1961 or January 3, 1962, during the construction of the park.
The park was completed on October 1, 1962.
